Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

Based on our suppliers’ shipping information, orders are dispatched from China to U.S. addresses. We currently offer free standard shipping in the United States; the shipping option available for your address is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

• Order processing: 2–4 business days before dispatch.
• Transit after supplier dispatch: an estimated 10–14 calendar days to the United States. This transit estimate begins when the supplier dispatches your parcel, not when you place your order.

Your order also needs processing time before dispatch, so total time from order placement includes both processing and transit. Processing estimates exclude weekends and holidays; the transit estimate is in calendar days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control may add time.

Tracking

We send tracking details when they are available after dispatch. Depending on the route, tracking may first appear with a global carrier and may update to USPS if the parcel is handed to USPS for final delivery. Carrier scans can take several days to appear.

Address changes and help

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. For help, use our Contact page and include your order number.
