How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select an available size, color, or other option, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Review the order details before submitting payment.

Is shipping free, and how long does delivery take?
We currently offer free standard shipping to U.S. addresses. Based on our suppliers’ shipping information, orders are dispatched from China. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch, followed by an estimated 10–14 calendar days in transit after dispatch. Transit time is not the total time from order placement; total delivery time also includes processing. Processing estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier or customs delays may extend transit.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking details when they are available after dispatch. Tracking may begin with a global carrier and may update to USPS if USPS handles final delivery. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
Can I return an item or exchange its size?
You may request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items should be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. For an eligible size exchange, we cover shipment of the replacement size. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions and explain any return-postage arrangements. If the requested size is unavailable, you may request a refund.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos where relevant. Please wait for instructions before mailing the item back.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
How do I choose the correct size?
Check the size and fit information on the individual product page. Sizes and fit may vary by product or supplier, so compare the details for the item you are ordering.
