30-Day Returns and Size Exchanges
You may contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or size exchange. We want the process to be clear and straightforward; contact us before sending an item so we can give you the correct instructions.
Eligibility
For a size or fit request, items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos where relevant; we will review the issue and tell you the next steps.
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
- Tell us which item is involved and whether you are requesting a size exchange or refund.
- Wait for our instructions before mailing anything to an address.
Free size exchange
For an eligible size exchange, we cover shipment of the replacement size, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may request a refund instead. We will explain whether the original item needs to be returned and any applicable return-postage arrangements before you send it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for a refund to appear can depend on your payment provider. We will confirm the outcome and next steps after reviewing your request.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
